Sixth Pay Commission Arrears
1.	Upgraded scales not calculated properly
	In cases where there is up gradation of the pay scales, you have to first calculate on the in the pre revised scale without upgradation. Then using modify option you have to enter the correct amount arrived at after bunching (if any) in the revised scale.
2.	while modifying the basic pay corresponding DA rates not updated ,since the rows are not in sequence order resulting difference in DA rates.
	For difference in DA rates try with the latest exe available in our ftp site.
3.	Error “Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface”.
	Please register the utilities.dll file.  How to Register  Right Click on utilities.dll. Click on "open with-> choose program" to get a open with dialog box. Click on "open with". Select the option "Select the program from a list option." and click on ok. Click on "Browse" button to get a "Open with " dialogue box. Then select the file "Regsvr32.exe" (In widows XP OS, this folder is in c:\windows\system32 folder). Click on "open" and then on "OK" button to get a message of successful registration of the utilities.dll file.
4.	Postman Gradepay modification.
	New Upgraded exe is available.
5.	Rounding off problem (0.50 paise)
	Solved in the new exe kept.
