Standardised Training Packages (STP) for all courses: Standardized Training Package (STP) is a documented training program. It is a shift from ‘Instructor based’ training to a ‘Material based’ one with greater trainee activity. This Centre has developed Standardized Training Packages for all its courses. This is in tune with the standardized methodology developed by Universal Postal Union under the title ‘TRAINPOST’. Module Plan designed for each course describes minute to minute activities indicating the methodology to be adopted. After each presentation there is a practice session by the trainees. At the end of each Unit of learning there is a Progress Test to get feedback of learning. At the end of the course there is a Mastery Test. 1.
